Über Prozesse

Die Seite „Prozesse“ im Action Center zeigt alle Warteschlangen und Prozesse des zugeordneten Orchestrator-Mandanten und der Ordner an, auf die Sie Zugriff haben. Als Geschäftsanwender können Sie Unattended-Prozesse direkt über das Action Center starten. Auf diese Weise können Sie Daten übermitteln, die Prozessausführung auslösen und den Fortschritt nachverfolgen.

Prozesstypen

Prozesse, die Formularaktionen generieren

Um einen Prozess zu erstellen, der ein Aktionsformular generiert, müssen Sie beim Erstellen des Workflows in Studio bestimmte Aktivitäten einschließen:

• Create Form Task—creates a form action.
• Wait for Form Task and Resume—creates a persistence point that suspends the workflow and resumes it after you complete the action.

Prozesse, die externe Aktionen generieren
