CI/CD integrations release notes

Last updated Dec 9, 2025

6.1.340.v334e605fb_d20

Release date: 8 December 2025

What's new

Package signing support

The UiPath Pack task now supports signing packages with a digital certificate, enhancing security and authenticity verification for your automation packages. This feature includes:

  • Certificate Path - Specify the path to your certificate file (.pfx format)
  • Certificate Password - Securely provide the certificate password
  • Timestamp Server URL - Optional timestamp server for enhanced signature validation

This allows organizations to ensure package integrity and verify the origin of automation packages before deployment to production environments.

macOS support for UiPath CLI installation

The UiPath Install Platform task now includes native support for macOS on ARM64 architecture (Apple Silicon), expanding cross-platform automation capabilities. Teams can now run automation pipelines on macOS build agents with M1, M2, or M3 processors, supporting development workflows on Apple hardware and ensuring consistent automation across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.

The macOS CLI package (UiPath.CLI.macOS) version 25.10.3 is available from the UiPath Public Feed.

Note:

Only ARM64 (Apple Silicon) architecture is supported for macOS. Intel-based Macs (x64) are not supported.

Test Manager integration for test execution

Both the UiPath Test and UiPath Parallel Tests tasks now provide full integration with UiPath Test Manager, offering enhanced test management and execution capabilities:

  • Project key parameter - Specify the Test Manager project key (Project Prefix) to execute tests within a specific Test Manager project
  • Flexible test execution - Run either a test project or an existing test set from Test Manager or Orchestrator Testing Module
  • Unified test reporting - Consistent test results across Test Manager and Orchestrator Testing Module

This integration enables centralized test management, better test traceability, and seamless execution of both Test Manager and Orchestrator-based test scenarios from your CI/CD pipelines.

Warning:

The Orchestrator Testing Module is being phased out and replaced by Test Manager, which provides a unified testing experience, expanded capabilities, and full CI/CD integration.

Deprecation timeline:

  • Cloud: Orchestrator Testing Module will be discontinued on January 1, 2026.
  • Automation Suite: Testing Module will be removed April 2026 (six months after the 2.2510 feature-parity release).
  • On-premises (MSI): No deprecation announced. Azure DevOps extension will continue to support Orchestrator testing for on-premises MSI installations.

Migration recommendations:

  • Cloud customers: Migrate to Test Manager before January 1, 2026.
  • Automation Suite customers: Plan migration for completion by April 2026.
  • On-premises MSI customers: Continue using Orchestrator-based testing with Azure DevOps extension.

For more information, see the official deprecation timeline.
