Provisioning Rules for SAML

When using the SAML integration, you can now define rules based on which users are automatically added to local groups in Automation Suite. With a local group that is adequately set up, you can auto-provisions users with the licenses, roles, and robot setup they need for their job.

We continue to provide security updates and patches to address Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).

Bug Fixes

• PodDisruptionBudget was set incorrectly for Process Mining and Automation Suite Robots and caused maintenance operations to fail. We have addressed the issue.
• We have fixed an issue causing upgrades to fail when the chart name and the service name were not identical.
• Previously, our scripts would only partially remove logs during cleanup operations, which could result in storage filling up. The problem no longer occurs in new installations. If you upgrade from a previous Automation Suite version, you might want to clean up your old logs using a dedicated script.
• When downgrading Ceph, the OSD size was reset to 100GB. The issue caused Automation Suite upgrades to fail when the amount of data exceeded 100GB.
• The LdapException*A local error occurred error was logged in Identity Server when you tried to integrate Automation Suite with Active Directory. The issue was caused by the dependency on reverse DNS lookups in the Kerberos Authentication Service configuration (krb5.conf file).

Known Issues

• Erattum - added April 19, 2024: Alert configurations (email and webhook receivers) get lost on reboot of machine or re-sync of alertmanager-config secret. For details, refer to

  Persisting Alert Manager configurations during machine reboot.

• Erattum - added April 19, 2024: In certain situations, Ceph metrics and alerts are missing from the monitoring dashboards. To fix the issue, see the Troubleshooting section.

• Erattum - added April 19, 2024: False positive CephMgrIsAbsent alerts are displayed even though there are no storage issues.

• Erratum - added April 19, 2024: In certain situations, Prometheus pods can fail to start due to an out-of-memory (OOM) error. To fix the issue, see the Troubleshooting section.

• Erratum - added February 28, 2024: Stored procedures do not support collation differences between the SQL server and SQL database. To avoid any potential problems, you must ensure that the collation settings of both SQL server and SQL database are identical.

• Erratum - added January 2024: The replica cleanup script incorrectly reclaims storage on the nodes. For more details, see the Storage reclamation patch troubleshooting article.

• Disabling or changing the AD integration settings does not update the underlying directory connections properly. See the troubleshooting section for the workaround.
• Automation Suite Robots are affected by an issue that causes some package certificates not to be properly recognized and triggers the following error message: UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: NU3037: Package 'MyDependency 2.2.0' from source 'https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json': The repository primary signature validity period has expired..

  To fix the issue, you must manually download the dependencies and upload them to Orchestrator > Tenant > Packages > Libraries.
