Referencing an action definition
Apps User Guide

PREVIEWReferencing an action definition
You can use Apps to design the user interface of Action Center actions.
The integration works as follows: you first create an action definition in Action Center, then you upload the action in Apps. Once action definitions are uploaded, you can conveniently design or edit the action UI in Apps.
Users with the App creator role can create and edit action apps.
To see the list of action apps in UiPath® Studio, a user needs to be added as the Co-author for the desired app.
Prior to referencing the action in your app, an action definition must be defined.
Once an action definition is defined, you can reference it in your app, as follows:
Now, the tree-view panel displays the selected action definition under the Action option. Select the action to see the definition, such as Input and Output parameters and their data types, and the outcomes for completing the action in Action Center.
