打开应用程序后，系统将显示“主页”，您可以在此：

• 创建新项目
• 打开现有项目
• 导航到设置页面
• 导航到帮助页面

页面左侧面板包含上述每个操作的选项卡：

• 左箭头 - 仅在项目正在进行时可见。这有助于您返回工作页面。

• 开始（默认选中） - 选择此选项卡后，在主窗口中机器人图标附近，按下“新建文档”按钮，即可创建一个新项目，并自动转到“图表构建器”页面。

• 从 PC 打开 - 允许您打开之前保存的项目。

• Settings - when this tab is selected, three new tabs are available in the main section:

  • 常规
  • 正在捕获
  • 品牌

• Help - when this tab is selected, two new tabs are available in the main section:

  • 学习资源

  • 获取帮助

    在面板底部，您可以看到有关该应用程序的详细信息，如下所示：

Task Capture 包含以下面板：

• 图表构建器
• 序列编辑器
• 操作编辑器

图表构建器

您可以通过以下两种方式构建图表：

1. Manually by using Build Diagram.
2. Automatically by using Capture Process.

使用此图表编辑器创建流程结构，并定义要执行的特定操作。

图表以开始节点开头，后跟序列和/或决策。图表会引出结束操作。这些序列与箭头链接，以改善流程的可视化。

在“图表构建器”窗口底部，可以执行以下操作：

1. 放大和缩小图表。

2. 缩放到 100％/（使图表）适应屏幕。

3. 拖动图表，方法是按空格键并单击“图像”。

   

On the left-hand corner of the screen, you can view an action counter allowing you to monitor the number of actions added to the sequence and an Information icon providing details about the limitation.

因此，可捕获的操作数量最大可设置为 500。请注意，此限制并不会阻止您创建包含超过 500 个操作的流程，其目的是提供最佳实践指导，以便在使用 Task Capture 时获得最佳体验。

序列编辑器

您可以更改序列中注册的每个操作的顺序和内容。使用“序列编辑器”，您可以将更新应用到每个序列。
