Default user assignment in test set execution

Until now, individual, manual user assignments were needed for each test set execution. Now, you can set default user assignments at test set level for statically assigned test cases. The user assignments propagate to all test set executions of the Manual and Pending Execution types. The user assignments do not propagate to test set executions of the Automated type.
