Automation Store ウィジェット

Automation Store ウィジェットを使用すると、Automation Store で公開されている、組織内のすぐに使えるオートメーションに UiPath Assistant から直接、簡単にアクセスできます。

前提条件

Automation Store ウィジェットを使用するには、以下の条件が満たされている必要があります。

• Automation Store が有効化されており、いくつかのオートメーションがデプロイされているテナントに、Assistant が接続されている。
• v2021.10 以降の UiPath Assistant がインストールされている。
• A policy is configured in Automation Ops to deploy this widget to your Assistant.
  注:

  Automation Store is available only with an enterprise license or under an enterprise trial.

  重要:

  The Automation Store widget is only available if you are both connected and signed in to an Orchestrator server URL.

オートメーションをインストールする

Automation Store で公開されているオートメーションはすべて、UiPath Assistant のホームページの [Automation Store] セクションに表示されています。プロセスのリストにオートメーションを追加するには、オートメーションを選択して [インストール] をクリックします。

重要:

When the Automation Store Widget is used on MacOS, only cross-platform automations can be run. Automations not built for cross-platform fail with the following error when started: The process cannot run on macOS because it is not compatible with this platform.

オートメーションのフィールドの説明

オートメーションを選択すると、オートメーションに関する詳しい情報が表示されます (以下の表を参照)。

フィールド	説明
タイトル	オートメーションのタイトルです。タイトルをクリックすると、特定のオートメーションの Automation Store の　Web ページが表示されます。
カテゴリ (Category)	オートメーションのカテゴリです (人事、財務、IT など)。
説明	作成者が記載したオートメーションの説明です。
評価	ユーザーのフィードバックに基づく、オートメーションの平均評価です。
レビュー	レビューの総数です。
作成者	オートメーションを構築したユーザーの名前です。
ダウンロード数	オートメーションをダウンロードしたユーザーの数です。
平均節約時間/月	オートメーションによってビジネス ユーザーが節約できた平均時間です。
メディア	オートメーションの作成者が指定したメディアです (利用可能な場合)。
アプリケーション	オートメーションで使用されるアプリケーションです (Excel、Outlook など)。
レビューまたは質問を送信	このリンクをクリックして Automation Store の Web ページに移動し、オートメーションに関するレビューまたは質問を追加できます。
タグ	このセクションには、オートメーションに追加されたカスタム タグが表示されます。

インストール済みのオートメーションを更新する

Automation Store から追加したオートメーションに利用可能な更新がある場合は、リストでそのオートメーションを選択したときに [更新] タブが表示されます。最新バージョンを取得するには、[更新] タブを選択して [更新] ボタンをクリックします。

Automation Hub のアイデアを共有する

If you know of a repetitive task or a process that could be automated, you can easily go to Automation Hub and share your idea directly from the Assistant by clicking the Submit an Idea tile from the Launchpad.

Automation Hub で質問項目が開きます。オートメーションのアイデアに関する詳細を追加し、レビューのために提出できます。

UiPath Assistant の [設定] メニューの [スタート パッド] セクションから、[Automation Hub: アイデアを提出] メニューを有効化または無効化できます。

Automation Store ウィジェットをデプロイする

他のウィジェットと同様に、Automation Store ウィジェットのデプロイも、Automation Ops ポリシーを使用して行われます。

関連する Automation Hub のアイデアを検索する

Automation Store ウィジェットをデプロイして Assistant の検索機能を使用すると、Automation Store にはデプロイされていないが Automation Hub 内にある関連アイデアも検索結果に表示されます。
