エージェント テンプレートを使用する

You can start your agentic journey with a set of agent templates, available in the Agents page in Automation Suite.

エージェント テンプレートは、特定のタスク用に事前設定されています。最小限の設定を行うだけで、Studio で実行できるようになります。また、特定のニーズに合わせてエージェントを変更したり調整したりすることができます。エージェント テンプレートは、以下で構成されます。

• 定義済みのコンポーネント – システム プロンプト、アクティビティ ツールと説明、スターター評価セット
  • コンポーネントは汎用であり、企業や組織に固有のものではありません。
  • コンポーネントは、すぐにエージェント定義で利用できます。一部のコンポーネント (ツールとしてのアクティビティなど) では、必要なコネクションを Integration Service で作成するなど、追加の設定が必要になる場合があります。
• 追加の設定が必要なコンポーネント – コンテキスト グラウンディングのインデックス、ツールとしてのオートメーションとプロセス、カスタム エスカレーション、および関連するすべての説明 (エージェントに対する指示)
  • これらのコンポーネントは、組織とテナントに固有です。

To start using agent templates, take the following steps:

1. From the Agents page in Automation Suite, go to the Templates tab and select a template.

2. Select Use.

   You are redirected to a new agent project in Studio Web. The project contains a preconfigured agent with predefined prompts, input and output definitions, and tools.
