The Insights team is excited to present a new release.
To give you a brief overview, 2024.10 comes with AI units consumption overview and Document Understanding and AI Center consumption dashboards.
The licensing section of your organization and tenant admin views has been enhanced with the AI units consumption overview table. It is available on the Consumables tab, by selecting View Usage in the AI Units section. The AI consumption overview dashboard breaks down the usage of AI units across tenants and regions.
Each tenant within the dashboard includes a link to the corresponding Insights dashboard, which provides detailed information on how, when, and where your AI units are consumed. For more information on how this is reflected in Insights, check out the [Preview] AI units consumption overview page.
You can now track your Document Understanding and AI Center AI units consumption using an Insights dashboard. The dashboard provides a broken down view of AI units per product, project, project type, and automation.

- We've fixed an issue where the Download as PDF feature for templates occasionally failed.
- We've fixed an issue where Insights data was occasionally not ingested.
- We've fixed the formula for Money
saved in the Process dashboard at the tenant level. The correct
formula is:
sum(${jobs.total_time}/60). - We've fixed an issue where the Insights app was occasionally displaying an error at startup.
- We've fixed an issue where the Radial Gauge visualization was not updated in instances where there were no results.
- We've fixed an issue where email alerts where not always updated to the latest dashboard.
Erratum - added December 18, 2024:We have identified an issue with the backup logic in Automation Suite for AKS/EKS. Specifically, this defect excludes the backup of Insights dashboards. However, all historical data is successfully backed up.
We are working diligently to resolve this issue. We aim to develop and implement a mitigation approach as early as possible.
If you are using Automation Suite on AKS/EKS along with UiPath Insights, this defect may affect your operations. While we address this issue, we suggest manually exporting your dashboards as a preventive measure.
Note that backups are mainly used as a recovery method in the event of a disaster-level incident or in preparation for an Automation Suite upgrade. This is essential if an upgrade fails and stored data needs to be restored to its previous state.
