AI Unit consumption dashboards

The AI Unit consumption dashboards allow you to monitor effectively the AI Unit usage so that your organization maximizes the value of its licenses while maintaining control over consumption.

The integrations available for AI Unit consumption monitoring within Insights improve visibility into license consumption and availability. Users gain the ability to:

• Observe how the AI Units within their tenant or organization are distributed and consumed.
• Check the consumption of the AI Units at the tenant level, as users perform actions in Communications Mining™ or Unstructured and complex documents.

Accès aux tableaux de bord

To access the AI units consumption dashboards, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Admin in Automation Cloud™.
2. Select the organization or a tenant to view the unit consumption at the desired level.
3. Sélectionnez Licences (Licenses).
4. Sélectionnez l'onglet Consommables (Consumables) .
5. Select View usage under AI Units, which shows a dashboard with all services of the selected organization or tenant that consume AI Units. You can change the timeframe by selecting Total consumption or Monthly consumption.
6. For more details, select the Organization-level consumption details or Tenant-level consumption details button.

   This will redirect you to the Organization level AI Unit consumption or the AI Units tenant consumption dashboards in Insights.
