Show or hide a spinner overlay to evidentiate that the app is busy
The Show/Hide Spinner rule displays an overlay on top of the app with an optional message stating what is going on. While the spinner is visible, the user cannot interact with the app.
If the checkbox is checked, the spinner is visible and the user cannot interact with the app.
If the checkbox is unchecked, the spinner is hidden and the app is interactive.
