• For rapidly growing Action Center action lists, organizing and tracking actions may become assiduous. We help you overcome this hassle by bringing in the option to label your actions for a better identification, searching, sorting, or filtering operations. Affichage d'actions similaires pour la modification groupée

• Remember the Bulk update feature? Here's a little reminder: you could select similar actions (especially designed via the Bulk form designer) and update their data at once. However, if the bulk form layout changed in the meantime, all actions generated by the latest form layout are identified as different actions. So you could not bulk edit an action generated by the previous form layout AND an action generated by the updated form layout. Now, to make things simpler, you have the option to automatically display similar actions that are suitable for bulk editing together. See how in our documentation.

Autorisations par défaut pour les dossiers de l'espace de travail personnel

• Starting with this release, you can generate actions from the context of a personal workspace folder and have them displayed in the Action Center inbox. This is possible due to the enablement of all Actions and Action Catalogs permissions for the Personal Workspace Administrator role in the corresponding Orchestrator instance.

Plus de champs d'action à télécharger

• À partir de cette version, vous pouvez télécharger un fichier CSV amélioré de vos actions. Le fichier téléchargé contient plus de champs pour décrire et suivre correctement vos actions, telles que les opérations effectuées sur chaque action, la première fois que l'utilisateur affecté a ouvert l'action ou la tâche qui a généré l'action. Prérequis pour les catalogues d'actions utilisés dans les activités

• Only existing action catalogs can now be linked to actions generated by Persistence activities (Create Form Task , Create External Task) or by activities using Generic Tasks APIs (Create Validation Action,Create Classification Action). That is, you need to create the action catalog before generating the action. Otherwise, if you link an action to an action catalog that is not yet created, the action creation fails with the following error message "No task catalog exists with name [action_catalog_name] Error code: 2451 ".

Problèmes connus

• Lors de l'ajout d'un libellé existant à une action, le défilement de la liste des libellés disponibles n'atteint pas la fin de la liste. Vous pouvez également saisir le nom du libellé souhaité pour réduire la longueur de la liste des libellés.
• Les commandes de navigateur génériques telles que Go Back, Go Forward ou Refresh ne fonctionnent pas correctement pour la page Modifier les propriétés (Edit properties ) dans Action Center.

Résolution de bogues

• Les actions de formulaire avec des champs déroulants aux nombreuses valeurs se chargeaient lentement ou affichaient les champs de formulaire de manière incorrecte. Nous avons apporté quelques améliorations de performances pour éviter le rendu lent. De plus, pour améliorer les performances du formulaire, assurez-vous de :
  • utiliser des listes déroulantes dynamiques en ajoutant le suffixe dropdown lors de la définition de la variable de liste déroulante,
  • utiliser le type List<T> pour la variable déroulante, au lieu du type Dictionary<T, T>.
• Nous avons corrigé un bogue qui empêchait le chargement des listes d’actions après le retour de la page Paramètres d’administration (Admin Settings) dans Action Center.
• L'utilisation du caractère guillemets dans les champs de texte de vos actions de formulaire a effacé le texte après les guillemets. Nous avons corrigé ce comportement et vous pouvez désormais utiliser le caractère sans aucune modification du texte.
• Un correctif de performances charge les actions de formulaire volumineuses plus rapidement, affichant immédiatement les données des champs.
