Verwalten der Daten für eine Entität

Add, edit, and delete data records for an entity in Data Service.

You can import the entity in UiPath^® Studio and use it in your process to create data. You can also add, manage, and delete basic data for entities directly in Data Service.

Hinzufügen von Daten

To add new data to an entity:

1. Select the entity for which you want to add more data.
2. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Daten.
3. Select Add New Data.
4. In the Add Data panel, add a value for each field that you have defined for the entity.
5. Wählen Sie Speichern.

Ein neuer Datensatz wird auf der Registerkarte Daten angezeigt.

Updating data

To modify a data entry:

Integrierte Systemfelder können nicht von Ihnen geändert werden.

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to edit.
2. Select Edit, available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Übernehmen Sie die Aktualisierungen.
4. Wählen Sie Speichern.

Hinweis:

You can also modify a data entry inline by selecting the field for a data row you want to edit. Make your changes, and then select outside the field or press Enter to persist them.

Daten löschen

To delete a data record:

1. In the Data tab, select the checkbox in front of the data row you want to delete.
2. Select the Delete icon available on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select Delete in the Delete Data dialog to confirm the action.

Der Datensatz wird aus der Liste der Datensätze auf der Registerkarte Daten entfernt.
