General

Preferences

Select one or more of the following checkboxes:

  • Launch on Windows start - Clipboard AI is launched on Windows start. Enabled by default.
  • Enable Extract as table - This is an experimental feature and allows you to extract data from tables and lists of items from web pages. Disabled by default.
  • Always show Data mapper - When checked, the Data mapper is always displayed before performing a paste operation, giving you a chance to review and correct any inaccuracies. Enabled by default.
  • Keep toolbar open after Copy - The toolbar is kept open for 10 more seconds after selecting Copy. Disabled by default.

Shortcuts

Use Ctrl, Alt, or Shift and at least one other key to create a keyboard shortcut for the following functionalities:
  • Copy - The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+C.
  • Paste - The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+V.
  • Region selection - Click and drag to select a region of the source document. No value is added by default.
  • Fix in mapper - Access the mapper after the data is pasted. No value is added by default.

To reset all the keyboard shortcuts to their default values, select the Reset defaults button.

Extraction models

This section allows you to add your custom extraction model. To do so, select the Add another model button to configure a custom data extractor or to enter a different endpoint and API key for an existing data extractor. You need to fill in the following fields:

  • Type - Choose an extractor type from the drop-down list.
  • Name - A name for the extractor can only be added for the Other option. The name needs to be unique. For the rest of the options, the name is automatically filled in and grayed out.
  • URL - The endpoint of the data extractor.
  • API Key - The API key of the data extractor.

After filling in the required information, select the Add another model button to configure an additional data extractor.

To delete a data extractor, select the trash bin symbol from the top right corner of the box containing the required fields.

Feedback

Choose an emoticon based on your satisfaction level and send us your feedback. You can also add a text message further explaining your choice.
