2022.4.11

Release date: March 11, 2024

Upgrade considerations

Upgrading to Automation Suite 2022.4.11

Before upgrading to Automation Suite 2022.4.11, keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • If your current version is 2022.4.7 or later, you can directly upgrade to 2022.4.11.
  • If you are on any 2021.10 version, you must first upgrade to 2022.4.7. Once this upgrade is successful, then proceed to upgrade to 2022.4.11.
For more details, see the Automation Suite upgrade paths.

Upgrading from Automation Suite 2022.4.11

If you plan to upgrade Automation Suite 2022.4.11 to 2023.10.2, it is mandatory to follow the How to upgrade from Automation Suite 2022.10.10 and 2022.4.11 to 2023.10.2 procedure.

Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2022

Erratum - Added March 25, 2024: We now support Microsoft SQL Server 2022.

New requirement for installation folder

You must now ensure that you have 20 GiB available for the opt/UiPathAutomationSuite installation folder.

New RHEL version support

We have expanded our OS support to include RHEL 8.9, alongside existing support for 8.6 and 8.8 versions.

New prerequisites validation check

For optimal cillium functionality, the prerequisites script was improved to validate that the reverse path filtering is disabled. This new check ensures that net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter is set to 0.

For more on the prerequisite script, see Validating the prerequisites.

Security enhancements

We continue to provide security updates and patches to address Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).

Known issues

  • Erattum - added April 19, 2024: In certain situations, Ceph metrics and alerts are missing from the monitoring dashboards. To fix the issue, see the Troubleshooting section.

  • Erattum - added April 19, 2024: False positive CephMgrIsAbsent alerts are displayed even though there are no storage issues.

  • Occasionally, when performing a clean installation or upgrade to Automation Suite 2022.4.11, you may encounter a restart issue disrupting RKE2. For details, see RKE2 fails during installation and upgrade.

Deprecation timeline

We recommend that you regularly check the deprecation timeline for any updates regarding features that will be deprecated and removed.
