SAP Build Process Automation, Foundation add-on by UiPath user guide
Integrating SAP Build Process Automation with UiPath Integration Service simplifies automation by providing standardized access to third-party applications. Providing consistent authorization and authentication mechanisms helps you manage API connections efficiently and accelerates integration with SaaS platforms.
The UiPath Connection Trigger offers a powerful way to subscribe to specific events from third-party applications via connectors. These connectors allow you to initiate automations based on events in connected systems using triggers.
A published automation project in Orchestrator is not required to use event triggers with SAP Build Process Automation. Integration Service sends events directly to SAP Build, independently of any projects published in Orchestrator.
Before using triggers, you must ensure that a connection is configured for the specific third-party application involved.
-
In the SAP Build lobby, start by creating a new automation project. Add a name and any other defining components.
-
In your new project, create a Business Process.
