Check the list below that evaluates if Action Center is working properly. Go through each step in the Evaluation list, and make sure that the described behavior replicates in your environment, as well.
Build and run your first workflow that generates Actions, following the steps below:
- Use a Orchestration Process template in Studio to build Action Center-based workflows, using the Persistence activity package. Additionally, use Intelligent OCR activities to build workflows that create Actions of type Document Validation or Document Classification.
- Connect Studio to an Orchestrator instance and run the workflow.
- The workflow gets suspended and the generated actions are accessible from the Actions tab.
-
Publish the workflow to Orchestrator and make it available for business users to run it.
Check the home page experience, following the steps below:
- The Actions and Processes tabs are displayed on the left-hand side of the Action Center home page.
- In the case of Actions available for review, click each Action and you will be redirected to the Inbox tab.
-
In the case of processes available to be launched, click each process and you will be redirected to the Processes tab.
Run an unattented process, that was uploaded in Orchestrator, following the steps below:
