只能通过 UiPath Test Manager Connect 将 Test Manager 与 ServiceNow 集成。访问Test Manager Connect ，以通过 Planview ^™查看可用于创建与 ServiceNow 和其他 ALM 工具集成的资源。

将 ServiceNow™ 与 UiPath Test Manager 集成，以在整个开发生命周期管理和自动化测试。 通过此集成，您可以将自动化测试直接纳入敏捷规划，或直接将自动化分配给在 ServiceNow™ Test Management 2.0 中创建的测试用例。

先决条件

• UiPath Test Manager 管理员帐户。
• UiPath Test Manager 连接器。
• ServiceNow™ 帐户，包括敏捷开发或 Test Management v2 插件。或者，您可以将两个插件都用于此集成。

在 ServiceNow™ 中创建集成用户帐户

创建新的用户帐户并为其分配特定角色，以向 Test Manager 发出 API 请求。

1. 登录到您的 ServiceNow™ 实例。
2. 导航至“组织” > “用户” > “新建” ，为 UiPath™ Test Management 应用程序创建新用户。
3. 使用以下条件配置新的用户帐户设置：
   • 选择用户 ID 、名字、姓氏和密码。
   • 请妥善保存用户 ID 和密码，以备后用。
   • Select Web services access only and Internal Integration User, as these are required for the integration to work.
4. Go to the Roles tab and select Edit.
5. 将以下角色分配给新创建的用户：

   • import_set_loader

   • 导入变压器

   • scrum_admin

   • x_uipa_tm_integrat.admin

     

6. Click Save to return to the user form.
   重要提示：

   If you have REST API role access restrictions in your ServiceNow™ configuration, you need to assign additional roles. For example, nc_platform_rest_api_access and rest_service.

配置 ServiceNow™ 连接

1. 以管理员身份登录 Test Manager。
2. 打开项目。
3. Navigate to Project Settings > Integration.
4. Click New Connection and select ServiceNow from the dropdown.
5. 配置以下连接设置:

   • Name: Enter a name for your ServiceNow™ connection.

   • 说明（可选）: 添加说明以供参考。

   • Server URL: Add the ServiceNow™ server URL. For example: https://environment.service-now.com/.

   • User: Enter the User ID you have configured for your integration user account.

   • Password: Enter the associated password.

   • Defect Type: Select a defect type from the dropdown. For now, you can only choose Defect.

     

6. Click the connection to expand the panel and copy the API Key for later use.
7. 在 ServiceNow™ 中打开Application Navigator ，然后使用搜索功能查找“UiPath™ 测试集成” 。如果系统提示您切换应用程序作用域，请选择当前正在使用的应用程序。
8. 配置以下集成设置:

   • 集成 URL :添加 UiPath™ Test Manager URL。

   • API Key: Paste the API key.

   • Logging level: Select info to from the dropdown. The default value is debug.

   • 适用于 UiPath™ Test Manager 的 ServiceNow 集成用户（用户名） ：输入为集成用户帐户配置的用户 ID。

     

9. 单击“保存”。

管理 ServiceNow™ 连接

下表列出了可以用来管理 ServiceNow^TM 连接的操作。

操作	描述	程序
编辑	编辑连接设置。	以管理员身份登录 Test Manager。 打开项目。 单击“设置”按钮以打开“项目设置”。 在“集成”列表中，单击 ServiceNow 连接以展开面板。 单击“编辑”以配置连接。 单击“保存”以确认。
删除	删除选定的连接及其关联的要求。	以管理员身份登录 Test Manager。 打开项目。 单击“设置”按钮以打开“项目设置”。 在“集成”列表中，单击 ServiceNow 连接以展开面板。 单击“删除”以删除连接。 单击“确定”以确认。
