激活 Task Capture

根据应用程序启动方式的不同，可用的许可证类型定义如下：

作为桌面工具启动：

如果这是您第一次启动 Task Capture，并且您使用已分配许可证的云帐户（包括 Task Capture）登录其他 UiPath™ 桌面应用程序（Studio、Assistant），则系统将使用同一帐户自动激活该应用程序。

如果 Task Capture 许可证已过期，这也适用。

如果不是上述情况，则打开 Task Capture 将显示激活窗口，让您从三个可用选项中选择一个。

UiPath Automation Cloud 帐户

您可以使用 UiPath Automation Cloud 帐户激活 Task Capture。 为此，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. Select the option to Sign In to UiPath Cloud account.

   重要提示：

   要成功使用云激活方法，必须满足以下条件：

   • 应在 UiPath Automation Cloud 中启用用户许可证管理。
   • Task Capture 可在社区版或企业版计划中使用。 企业版生产许可证包含在 Automation Hub 和用户角色 SKU 中。
   • 您必须在 UiPath Automation Cloud 中至少分配以下一个用户角色 SKU（继承自组或专门分配）
     • Action Center - Named User
     • Attended - Named User
     • Automation Developer - Named User
     • Citizen Developer - Named User
     • Process Mining Business User - Named User
     • Process Mining Developer - Named User
     • Tester - Named User

   Refer to User license management in the Automation Cloud Admin Guide for more information on allocating licenses. Refer to Licensing on the UiPath website for more information on the available license types.

2. 系统将打开默认浏览器，并将其重定向到 cloud.uipath.com，您需要在此登录并选择组织。

3. 成功登录后，将出现一个对话框询问是否要打开 Task Capture。

   

4. Task Capture 已激活，许可证的相关信息显示在应用程序的左下角。

激活独立许可证

If you have a standalone license code, activate Task Capture by selecting this option. This type of license activates the Enterprise Edition of Task Capture.

For details about the licensing policy regulations and specific restrictions applicable please check the UiPath® Licensing page.

要激活此类许可证，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 单击“添加许可证密钥”
2. 系统将显示“添加许可证密钥”弹出窗口。
3. 输入许可证代码。
4. 从下方选择激活流程的类型：

备注：

请注意，社区版许可证无法使用离线（手动）激活。如果您要续订许可证，请先从许可证文件夹中删除许可证文件，然后按照下面描述的步骤操作。

• TaskCapture.exe：%AppData%\Task Capture\UiPath Task Capture
• TaskCapture.msi：%ProgramData%\UiPath Task Capture

如果 UiPath Task Capture 安装在未连接到互联网的计算机上，或者您的网络安全软件/防火墙阻止访问我们的许可证验证服务器，您可以通过以下步骤手动激活：

1. 单击“添加许可证密钥”选项。系统随即会显示注册窗口。

2. 用您收到的许可证密钥填写“许可证密钥”字段。选择“手动”激活选项。单击“激活”按钮。

   

3. 许可证请求已复制到您的剪贴板。将其粘贴到文本文件中。

4. 将文件发送到可以访问互联网的计算机。

5. On the computer with Internet access navigate to https://activate.uipath.com.

6. 确保在网页上选择了“激活许可证”选项卡。

7. 将许可证请求代码粘贴到“激活请求证忆”字段中。

8. 并单击“生成许可证文件”。

9. 系统将生成许可证代码。单击“复制许可证到剪贴板”，以将许可证代码复制到剪贴板。

10. 将许可证代码粘贴到文本文件中，并将其发送到要在其上激活许可证的计算机。

11. 在要激活许可证的计算机上，在“手动 - 步骤2”弹出窗口中，单击“下一步”按钮。

12. 系统将显示“手动激活”向导的最后一步。在“输入”字段中，粘贴第 9 步获取的许可证代码。

13. 单击“激活”。您的许可证现已激活。

社区版

Select this option to register using a free Community license. Please make sure that you are aware of the legal terms and they apply to your needs.

备注：

请注意，此类激活需要连接到互联网。

从 UiPath Automation Hub 启动

如果从 Automation Hub 运行 Task Capture，则应用的许可证将与您的 Automation Hub 定价计划相对应。

从 UiPath Task Mining 启动

如果您从 Task Mining 运行 Task Capture，则应用的许可证将与您的 Task Mining 定价计划相对应。

从 Test Manager 启动

如果从 Test Manager 运行 Task Capture，则所应用的许可证具有特定的许可证验证结束日期。设置期限为 2 周，从应用日期开始计算。

这表示从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture 时，可在 2 周内将其作为桌面工具使用，之后会发生下面其中一种情况：

• 如果您在此期间（2 周内）未再次从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture，则 Task Capture 中将显示许可证激活页面，您需要选择其他许可证类型。
• 如果您在 2 周内从 Test Manager 启动 Task Capture，则结束日期将更新为这个新的开始日期，并将该日期会发送到 Task Capture。

更改许可证类型

如果想更改许可证或许可证类型，请转到：

1. 主页中的“设置”。

2. Select View or edit license from the Licensing tab.

3. 选择所需的许可证类型，然后在当前页面按照正常步骤操作。

   

停用 Task Capture 许可证

要停用 Task Capture 许可证，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. Fill in this request form and Submit it.

2. 我们的许可团队将从许可服务器中删除激活。等待其确认。

3. 删除许可证激活后，访问许可证文件所在的文件夹。根据所用安装程序文件的类型不同，您可在以下位置找到此文件夹：

   • TaskCapture.exe：%AppData%\Task Capture\UiPath Task Capture
   • TaskCapture.msi：%ProgramData%\UiPath Task Capture

4. 删除本地存储的许可证。
