Google Cloud Platform 迁移说明

要迁移 Google Cloud Platform(GCP) 实例，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. Upgrade your on-premises environment to 2023.4 or skip this step if you are already in version 20223.4 or later. More details are available in step one from Migrating from On-premises to Cloud.

2. 在您的 GCP 帐户中创建一个新的 SQL Server。

3. 在您的云环境中，创建一个新租户（从现在开始，我们将其称为云租户）。 记下租户密钥，因为稍后会需要它。

4. 运行UiPath 的 Orchestrator 迁移工具，以将 Orchestrator 数据从内部部署租户迁移到云租户。完成此步骤后，导航到 Orchestrator 页面，并验证所有文件夹（包括传统文件夹、计算机和队列）是否已迁移到云。

   备注：

   如果某些实体（流程、队列等）在云中缺失，则应使用内部部署名称手动创建它们。如果您不创建缺失的实体，系统会假定这些实体已删除并相应地继续操作。

5. Migrate your Insights Datatbase (DB) to the new SQL Server. You can do this using the Import/Export functionality of SQL Server. It's required to have migrated at least the following 7 tables:

   备注：

   确保数据库的排序规则为Latin1_General_CI_AS 。

   • dbo.__MigrationHistory
   • dbo.JobEvents
   • dbo.Jobs
   • dbo.Jobs
   • dbo.QueueItemEvents
   • dbo.QueueItems
   • dbo.RobotLogs
   • dbo.Tenants

6. 连接到您的数据库并验证是否存在所需的表。

7. Ask UiPath for a list of IP addresses to allow list. Go to Authorized networks from Connection section to allow list these IP addreses.

8. 通过Customer Portal发送包含以下信息的迁移请求：

   备注：

   在 UiPath 支持团队完成迁移之前，预计 Insights 服务将需要停机。根据工单数量，完成从端到端的迁移可能需要大约两周的时间。

   • AmazonSQL 连接字符串。
   • 内部部署租户的租户密钥。
   • 云租户的租户密钥。
   • 云租户的租户名称
   • 云环境的组织名称。
   • 云租户所在的区域。
