Healing Agent 用户指南
活动级配置
开始设置程序之前,务必满足 Healing Agent 先决条件。
您还可以在活动级别为每个活动筛选 Healing Agent 功能:
- 已禁用—禁用 Healing Agent。
- 继承作业设置—继承 Orchestrator 中的所有设置。
- 仅建议—Healing Agent 仅提供建议,不会修复自动化。
- 与应用/浏览器相同—继承 AppCard 设置。
如果禁用 Orchestrator 中的所有设置,在活动级别修改设置不会影响 Healing Agent。
Unattended 安装
您必须具有自动化开发者或更高级别的角色权限以及以下权限:
Process.EditMediaExecution.ViewMediaExecution.CreateMediaExecution.Delete
Healing Agent is available only for processes executed as jobs.

In Studio, open an existing project or create a new one.
a. If you have not done so already, update to version 25.10.2 or later of the UIAutomation.Activities package. b. Optionally, enable the Verify Execution feature, which Healing Agent relies on for input actions. If you have any activities that are not connected to Orchestrator, use the Synchronize Object Repository feature to add all activities to Orchestrator. c. Publish your project.

a. Select Add process. b. Select Additional settings. c. Enable Healing Agent either at the process level or the job level. You can configure self-healing independently across both the process and job levels.
备注:如果未激活自我修复,Healing Agent 仅会提供详细的调试信息和有限的建议,不会执行任何自主操作。
d. Create a new job based on the process you published.

Select Run to run your job.
a. Select Job Details. b. Select Healing Agent. c. Select Download the debug file.
Result: The Healing Agent panel displays only if the job involved at least one recommendation or healed action. If the automation project is in your workspace and Studio is connected to the Orchestrator tenant, you can select Open in Studio to open the debug file directly in Studio. Otherwise, open the Autopilot panel in Studio and select Import debug file.
If Healing Agent cannot recover an activity, the Robot logs in Orchestrator show the reason for the failure, for example "Healing agent could not recover the activity. Self-healing is disabled."

Run your automation from Assistant. Ensure you select the Report Exception option at runtime.
a. Select Job Details. b. Select Healing Agent. c. Select Download the debug file.
Result: The Healing Agent panel displays only if the job involved at least one recommendation or healed action. To view the debug file, open the Autopilot panel in Studio and select Import debug file.
自带模型(BYOM)设置
To use your own LLM subscriptions, configure them via LLM configurations in the AI Trust Layer:
- 在 Automation Cloud™ 中,导航到“ 管理员”。

Populate the fields required to connect UiPath to your selected connector, then select Test in the Add configuration panel. g. Select Save.

Result: Healing Agent uses your configured LLM subscription for workflow recovery.

在 Studio 2025.10 中使用 Autopilot 分析 Healing Agent 调试建议
如果您使用 Studio 2025.10 或更高版本,则您可以利用 Autopilot 来自动分析当前打开的项目执行作业的 Healing Agent 调试建议。
根据 Studio 与 Orchestrator 之间的租户连接状态,请从以下两个选项中执行与您的情况匹配的步骤:
选项 1:如果您的 Studio 和 Orchestrator 帐户连接到执行作业的租户,Autopilot 会自动分析 Healing Agent 调试建议,无需任何手动输入。如果您是这种情况,请执行以下步骤:
- 转到 Studio,然后打开现有项目或新建项目。
确保您使用与发布和运行项目相同的帐户登录到 Studio 和 Orchestrator。
