Export data
Export Test Manager data so you can merge it with other data or analyze trends using spreadsheet features, or through your reporting tools.
The export results can either be in XLSX format for all test objects or in PDF format exclusively for individual test executions. Check the following table for the list of objects included in the export file.

- The export includes all entries from all pages.
- Use filters before exporting the data, to extract relevant information.
- The files are downloaded automatically downloaded to your default downloads location.
- The naming convention includes the following
components in this particular order:
[project][object type][date time].xlsx/.pdf
(for example:DOCS-TestResults-2024-12-04_17-12-09-715.xlsx
orDOCS-TestResults-2024-12-04_17-12-09-715.pdf
).
To export data from Test Manager, follow these
steps:
- Navigate to Requirements,Test Cases, Execution or open a specific execution log.

Choose the relevant option based on your current section:
- If you are in the Requirements or Test Cases sections, select Export to Excel.
- If you are in the Execution section, you can choose Export to Excel to export all test executions, or open a particular test execution and select Export to PDF.
