Word 文档

To export your workflow diagram in a Word format and create a Process Definition Document (PDD) access File > Export and select Word Document.

完成以下步骤：

• 添加文档属性
• 配置模板视图
• 导出 Word 文档

添加文档属性

一旦选择了“Word 文档”，就会显示“文档属性”选项卡。您可以在此处提供有关流程的关键详细信息，因为这些详细信息将在导出过程中转换为文件。

1. Fill in the Title, Description, and Author fields.

2. 单击“下一步”。系统将显示“模板视图”选项。

   

配置模板视图

“模板视图”页面包含 2 个部分：

• 可用模板列表
• 图像选项设置

选择要用于生成流程文档的模板。默认情况下，Task Capture 为您提供 2 个模板：

• Automation Hub PDD - 模板已针对 Automation Hub 的设计进行调整，建议用于将要附加到 Automation Hub 概念的文档

• UiPath PDD - the template designed by UiPath®

  备注：

  无法编辑默认模板。如果您尝试这样做，则会生成副本，使您可以编辑副本。

选择适当的“图像质量”(1)、“相对于页面大小的图像大小”(2)。

导出 Word 文档

1. Once you selected a template and adjusted image options, select Export.

   

2. 系统将显示“另存为 Word”弹出窗口。选择位置和文件名，然后将文档“保存”到您的 PC。

   备注：

   默认的“文件名”采用以下格式：保存工作流时的日月时。

   

3. 下载 PDD 后，系统将显示一条确认消息。可用的选项如下：

   • 复制路径 - 复制 PDD Word 文件的位置路径。

   • 打开文件 - 打开 PDD Word 文件。
