Studio Web for Automation Suite User Guide
Managing projects
Projects created by you or shared with you by others are available on the Automations page.
The most recently accessed projects are placed at the top of the list. Information about the type of trigger and the applications used in each project is displayed at a glance on the right side of projects, and you can hover the mouse over the icons to view more details.
You can select which column are visible from the Column drop-down menu. You can also filter projects from the Owner and Status drop-down menus (to see either Draft, Published, or Deployed projects). Hover over a published or deployed project's status to see more information (for example, deployments in the current tenant and published packages). Some columns (for example, Automation name or Edited) allow you to sort projects by clicking the ascending or descending arrow next to the column name.
Selecting the Automation details icon takes you to the Automation details page, where you can view details about your project runs, deployments, and connections.
The context menu allows you to manage your Studio Web projects with the following options:
- Project settings - Allows you to change the name and the description of the project.
- Duplicate - Creates a copy of the selected project.
- Share - Enables you to share the project with other users. The shared project is added to the list of projects for all the users you share it with, enabling you to collaborate on the project.
- Pin - Places the selected project at the top of the list. You can unpin a project by clicking on the pin icon next to the context menu.
- Open in Studio Desktop - Opens the project in Studio Desktop. If Studio is not installed on your machine, a dialog is displayed giving you the option to download and install it.
- Download - Downloads the selected project as a UIP file which can be imported in Studio Web.
-
Delete - Removes the selected project.
Note: Deleting a project cannot be undone.
