Habilitar Data Service

To be able to create and use Data Service you first need to enable it for your tenant. Before enabling the service please check the Prerequisites.

Observação:

Data Service is a tenant level service signifying that each tenant data is segregated.

Habilitação do Data Service no Automation Suite

Existem dois cenários que habilitam o Data Service como parte da sua instância do Automation Suite:

O caso de uma instalação nova do Automation Suite

Data Service is provided as part of the Automation Suite basic profile, hence it is enabled automatically, regardless if you select the basic or the complete profile. To disable Data Service, follow the Advanced installation experience in the Automation Suite guide for the desired version.

O caso de uma atualização da versão do Automation Suite

To enable Data Service after upgrading the Automation Suite version, follow the Managing products - Enabling or disabling Data Service guide for the desired version.

Habilitação do Data Service no seu tenant

Depois que o serviço estiver pronto para ser usado como parte da sua instalação do Automation Suite, você precisa fornecê-lo aos seus tenants também:

Follow the steps below to enable Data Service on your tenant.

1. Log in with your Automation Suite admin credentials and access the Admin page.
2. Selecione seu tenant da lista de tenants disponíveis na barra lateral.
3. Select Services. The list of currently available services is displayed.
4. Select Data Service, then select Add. The Allocate licenses panel opens.
5. Select the number of Data Service Units (DSU) to add to your tenant, then select Add. You can also select Skip, which allocates the default selection of all available free licenses. Your tenant now updates, then returns you to the Services page.

O Data Service está habilitado em seu tenant e disponível para uso.

Limites de uso do Data Service

Considere os seguintes limites ao usar o Data Service:

Entidade	Total máximo de 500 entidades e conjuntos de escolhas por tenant.
Campo	Máximo de 200 campos por entidade.
de transações	Máximo de 10 MB por anexo.
Conjunto de Escolhas	Máximo de 250 opções por conjunto de escolhas.

Observação:

O Data Service impõe um limite de taxa de 5.000 chamadas de API por minuto, independentemente de quantas Unidades de Data Service são atribuídas ao tenant.
