Bug fixes

• If the SAML integration at the host level was configured to use an external user mapping strategy with either the username or the external provider key, users that belonged to more than one organization were unable to log in.

• Restored the compatibility between Orchestrator 2021.10.x and Test Manager versions 2021.10 and higher.

  Note: To keep the compatibility between Test Manager and Orchestrator 2021.10.x, do not upgrade to Orchestrator 2021.10.10.
