Bug fixes

• We've fixed an issue where the pipeline was occasionally failing when creating a new Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9 offline bundle.
• We've fixed an issue where Insights data was occasionally not ingested.
• We've fixed the formula for Money saved in the Process dashboard at the tenant level. The correct formula is: sum(${jobs.total_time}/60).
• We've fixed an issue where the Radial Gauge visualization was not updated in instances where there were no results.
• We've fixed an issue where email alerts where not always updated to the latest dashboard.
• We've fixed an issue related to SQL queries.
