Runtime automático sin servidor para implementaciones de soluciones

Al implementar una solución, ahora se adjunta automáticamente una plantilla sin servidor predeterminada a la carpeta de destino si no hay una presente o heredada.

Esto garantiza que la solución pueda ejecutarse sin configurar manualmente las plantillas de máquina:

• Si ya se hereda una plantilla sin servidor, no se adjunta ninguna plantilla adicional.
• Puedes deshabilitar este comportamiento utilizando las opciones de implementación avanzadas.

Visualización precisa de la última operación para implementaciones con activación

When installing or upgrading a solution with the Activate option enabled, the Last operation column in the Deployments table now shows the correct operation.

Previously, the column could show Activation Setup instead of Install (or Upgrade / downgrade) when activation setup was completed in the same session as the deployment. The column now consistently reflects the original operation regardless of whether activation setup was needed.
