Consumo en el nivel de organización

This Organization level AI Unit consumption dashboard displays an overview of the number of AI units that each tenant consumes. For more information on how to track the consumption at the organization level, check Monitoring license allocation (Automation Cloud).

Filtros

The following table explains how to use the dashboard filters:

Filtro	Descripción
Intervalo de fechas	Presets - Select a specific time period to review the usage of AI Units. Custom - Manually enter a specific time period to review the usage of AI Units.
Nombre del tenant	Select a specific tenant to review the usage of AI Units. By default, all tenants are listed in the dashboard.

The Organization level AI Unit consumption dashboard is composed of the following views:

• Organization level API Key consumption

The following table describes the columns of the Organization level consumption overview dashboard:

Columna	Descripción
Nombre del tenant	El nombre del tenant.
IDdeTenant	The ID of tenant.
Unidades de IA consumidas del tenant	The number of AI Units consumed from the tenant pool, in case you have allocated AI Units to that specific tenant.
Unidades de IA consumidas de la organización	The number of AI Units consumed from the organization pool.
Paneles de insights	Select to navigate directly to the specific Insights dashboard for this tenant. Here, you will find a detailed view of the AI Units consumption.

The following table describes the columns of the Organization level API Key consumption dashboard:

Columna	Descripción
Robot Tenant Name	The name of the tenant where the robot runs.
Robot Tenant Id	The ID of the tenant where the robot runs.
Nombre de la automatización	The workflow name for RPA automations and AppId available when configuring the External Application. Reported as Unknown for old activities and Robot versions. Note: Make sure to upgrade your packages to benefit from the latest data reporting features.
Nombre de proyecto	The name of the IXP project, Communications Mining or Unstructured documents.
Unidades de IA	The number of AI Units consumed.
