With the One Click Extraction feature, you can now easily train document extractors straight from the Document Understanding interface.
- In documents where a table runs across many pages, a table row (a line item) gets split across two pages, in some cases even more. The previous model versions assumed that each page break was also a row-break, and it broke items into multiple pieces. The current model version fixes this issue.
- Models now have a faster prediction time per page, and use RAM more efficiently, allowing processing of larger documents.
In certain situations, the Out of the Box Packages installer can fail. If this happens, some ML Package versions will be missing in Document Understanding. To fix this, you can either trigger the ArgoCD sync, or wait until the ArgoCD sync triggers the installer automatically to reinstall the packages.
Following the deprecation announced here, we are proceeding with the removal of the Invoices Australia pre-trained ML package, coming into force starting 23 October.
