Pack Studio template projects
uipcli package pack now packs a project that is configured as a template (its project.json has isTemplate: true) so that Studio recognizes it as a template. The packed package shows up under New from Template in Studio, the same as a template published from Studio itself.

Previously, packing a template project produced a package that Studio listed as a library rather than a template, because the package was missing the template metadata. No new parameters are needed — the behavior is driven by the isTemplate flag already present in the project, and it works for both VB and C# process and library templates.
CLI requests identify themselves to Orchestrator
Every Orchestrator-bound HTTP request now carries a User-Agent header of the form UiPath.CLI-<version>. This makes CLI traffic easy to recognize in Orchestrator logs and lets proxy or gateway allowlists target the CLI specifically. No action is required.
