Submit New replaces the Submit Idea button across Automation Hub. After selecting Submit New, an intermediary screen lets you choose the type of submission — Idea, Change request, or Business process — before selecting a category. The system then shows only the idea flows relevant to your selection.

Agentic AI-Ideenflow

A new Agentic AI idea flow supports submission and tracking of agentic automation initiatives. The flow includes a dedicated assessment and automatically assigns the Agentic AI Idea Submitter role to the submitting user. Submitted ideas appear for each submitter under My Submissions – Ideas and are also visible under Explore – Automation Program alongside other automation opportunities.

Hinweis:

The Publish to Store action is available for Agentic AI ideas in Live – In production status but is not yet adapted for the Agentic AI flow. A fix will be provided in a future release.

KI-gestützter Massenimport von Geschäftsprozessen

Benutzer können jetzt mehrere Geschäftsprozesse aus einer CSV-Datei importieren, indem sie einen geführten KI-Assistenten verwenden. Der Assistent verwendet die Automation Hub OpenAPI, um jeden Eintrag zu erstellen, validiert das CSV-Format, bestätigt Datensätze vor dem Import und behandelt Fehler im Konversationsmodus – eine Alternative zur Importpipeline.

BPMN-Dateiupload und Vorschau

Benutzer können jetzt BPMN-Dateien im Abschnitt Dokumentation hochladen. Hochgeladene BPMN-Dateien werden in der Vorschau mit dem integrierten BPMN-Viewer als interaktive Diagramme gerendert.

Account Owners can now enable or disable the Process Repository from Admin Console > Account > Settings > Feature Toggles. When disabled, the Process Repository page no longer appears in the Explore menu and Business Process idea flows are hidden.

Neuanordnung des Ideenflows

Admins can now reorder idea flows in Customize Idea Flows. The order set here reflects in the submission type list that users see when selecting an idea flow.
