UiPath Assistant für Excel-Add-in

Mit dem UiPath Assistant für Excel-Add-in können Sie UiPath Assistant-Funktionen in der nativen Excel-Anwendung verwenden. Dies bietet eine einfache Möglichkeit, Excel-spezifische Automatisierungen auszuführen, zu verwalten und zu konfigurieren, ohne zwischen Anwendungen wechseln zu müssen.

Voraussetzungen

• UiPath Assistant 2023.4.2 oder höher, verbunden mit dem Orchestrator über eine Attended-Lizenz.
• Mindestens eine Automatisierung mit dem excelAddin-Tag oder erstellt mit der Studio-Vorlage „UiPath® Assistant für Excel-Prozess“.
• Microsoft Excel 2016 oder höher oder Microsoft 365 Excel online.

Hinweis:

The UiPath Assistant for Excel Add-in does not currently support Excel for macOS or non-chromium based browsers when used in Excel online.

Installieren des Add-ins

Das UiPath Assistant für Excel-Add-in kann direkt aus dem Microsoft Store installiert oder mithilfe einer Manifestdatei manuell auf Ihrer Maschine hinzugefügt oder auf mehreren Maschinen in Ihrer Umgebung bereitgestellt werden.

Wichtig:

The Microsoft store always provides the latest version of UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in, which can break compatibility with older versions of the UiPath Assistant. Because of this, installing the add-in from the Microsoft store is recommended exclusively for Community users. For Enterprise users, we recommend deploying the add-in using the manifest file to ensure compatibility.

Verwenden der Manifestdatei

In Excel Desktop

1. Download the manifest file from the Product Downloads section in Customer Portal.
2. Follow the steps described in the Microsoft documentation on this topic.
3. In Excel, go to the Insert tab, and click My Add-ins, select Shared Folder, click on the UiPath tile, and select Add. A new tab called UiPath appears on the Microsoft Excel toolbar.
4. Select the UiPath tab -> Find Automations to see the UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in.

In Excel Online

1. In Excel Online, open a spreadsheet, then go to the Home tab.
2. Click Add-ins > My Add-ins.
3. Click Upload my Add-ins, and browse to the manifest file.

Administratorbereitstellung

1. Download the manifest file from the Product Downloads section in Customer Portal.
2. In a cloud deployment environment, you can deploy the add-in to your organization by using the Microsoft 365 admin center. Read more about using Integrated Apps or Centralized Deployment.

Hinweis:

When the add-in is loaded for the first time, the latest version available is used. Once the connection with the UiPath Assistant is created, the add-in version syncs to the Assistant one.

Anmelden

Wenn Sie das UiPath Assistant für Excel-Add-in zum ersten Mal öffnen und Assistant nicht ausgeführt wird, werden Sie aufgefordert, ihn zu starten.

If you are not logged in the UiPath Assistant, or if no automations are available, make sure you are connected to Orchestrator with a valid attended license, and you have at least one automation that has the excelAddin tag deployed for your account.

Erstellen von Automatisierungen mit der Vorlage

Um eine Automatisierung für den UiPath Assistant für Excel zu erstellen, verwenden Sie die spezielle Studio-Vorlage mit demselben Namen. Diese Vorlage enthält das excelAddin-Tag und zwei Eingabeargumente (in_FilePath und in_Selection), die zur Runtime aufgefüllt werden, was die Übergabe von Daten zwischen Excel und der Automatisierung erleichtert. Da diese Automatisierungen mit dem excelAddin-Tag versehen sind, werden sie nach der Veröffentlichung automatisch dem UiPath Assistant für Excel-Add-in hinzugefügt.

Sie können auch eigene Automatisierungen erstellen und sicherstellen, dass sie das Tag excelAddin haben. Um von einem dieser Eingabeargumente zu profitieren, müssen sie innerhalb des Workflows erstellt/verwendet werden.

Wenn die Eingabeargumente in_FilePath und in_Selection in einer Automatisierung vorhanden sind, die für das Add-in erstellt wurde, werden sie automatisch wie folgt aufgefüllt:

• in_FilePath (String) – Stellt den Dateipfad dar, von dem aus das Add-in den Prozess startet.
• in_Selection (String) – Stellt die ausgewählte Zelle/Zellen dar, wenn der Prozess gestartet wird.

Die in_Selection-Variable verwendet das Schema [Sheet]![Range], d. h., wenn Sie verschiedene Auswahlen für verschiedene Blätter verwenden müssen, können Sie getrennte Variablen erstellen, die als Werte für jedes Blatt oder jeden Bereich verwendet werden.

If you need more selections, create additional input arguments, new range variables, and new sheet variables if your selection is from a different sheet. Afterward, you can drag and drop the Parse Excel selection workflow into your main sequence and import the newly created arguments and variables.
