Preferences

The Preferences window allows you to customize your Assistant Web experience. To access it, select the Preferences button in the top-right corner of Assistant Web.

The following settings are available:

  • General — Configure how Assistant Web behaves:
    • Group by folder — Organizes automations by their Orchestrator folder in the Automations panel.
    • Focus the Jobs tab after an automation starts — Automatically switches to the Jobs tab when you start an automation, so you can monitor its progress right away.
    • Run under — Choose whether to run automations under your user account or the service account, replicating the setup in the Processes app.
  • UiPath Products — Control which UiPath® products appear in the UiPath® Products section on the Launchpad. You can show or hide the following:
    • Action Center — Displays the count of your unassigned, pending, and completed actions.
    • Studio Web — A quick launcher for Studio Web.
    • Task Mining — A quick launcher for Task Mining.
  • Help & Info — View details about the current Assistant cloud service version, access documentation, or provide feedback.
  • Autopilot for Everyone — Configure settings specific to Autopilot for Everyone, such as enabling or disabling the Autopilot panel.
Note:

Some options may appear disabled if they have been restricted by an Automation Ops policy applied to your tenant.
