Bug fixes

• The image control continued to display a spinner even after loading completed in non-VB (legacy) apps.

• Improperly handled proxy settings for the external object store disrupted the following:

  • The preview and publish functions of VB apps.

  • Uploads and downloads of images or documents in proxy environments for all apps.
