Apps API
Apps now exposes a set of public APIs for managing app deployments and published apps. These APIs support external application access using OAuth scopes (Apps, Apps.Read, Apps.Write).

Known issues
- The Apps APIs are not supported with personal access tokens (PAT). Only external application (OAuth) scopes (
Apps,Apps.Read,Apps.Write) are supported.
