异常

原因

在受 CPU 使用率和内存消耗偏高影响的环境中，启动时间限制可能会受到限制，并导致停机。

解决方案

升级到 20.10.5 及更高版本，以将启动时间限制增加到 300 秒。

如果这还不够，则意味着服务器正在尝试执行某些操作，并且存在死锁。当 EnableMigrations 参数设置为 True 时，通常就会出现这种情况，并且有一个大型迁移挂起主线程。

如果该标志设置为 False，请收集内存转储，并将其提交给客户代表。
