Orchestrator 新式文件夹可帮助您将操作、流程和用户容器化。

By default, Actions are created inside the same folder as the process that generated them. Only the users added inside that folder can access the Actions, based on their roles and permissions, as follows:

• 多个用户可以在指定文件夹中查看“未分配的操作”。
• An Action User sees their assigned actions (inside the Pending tab) only.

备注：

一旦将操作分配给用户，它就会从“未分配”选项卡转移到分配用户的“待处理”选项卡中。

• An Action Admin sees all Pending Actions and has the option to reassign them to other users, if needed.

将操作重定向到特定文件夹

要通过使用文件夹来控制哪些用户可以访问特定操作，请执行以下操作：

1. 创建文件夹。
2. 确保将需要访问操作的用户或组分配给文件夹。
3. 在 Studio 的工作流中，使用Orchestrator 文件夹路径属性将操作创建或分配重定向到所需的文件夹。

备注：

在“创建表单任务”和“分配任务”等活动中找到“Orchestrator 文件夹路径”属性。

将操作分配（从“分配任务”活动）或创建（从“创建表单任务”活动）重定向到其他文件夹，您可以控制谁可以访问操作，因为您可以在文件夹中添加或删除特定用户。

提示：

For a more granular user restriction, assign them specific roles and permissions inside the desired folder.
