Upload SAP data from CSV file

If you want to generate the heatmap, using CSV files downloaded from SAP, follow the procedures below:

  1. Download CSV file from SAP
  2. Upload CSV file into Test Manager

Download CSV file from SAP

Here's how to download the CSV file from SAP, that you can later upload in Test Manager and generate a heatmap based on it.
  1. Go to SAP and execute transaction sa38.
    You land on the ABAP: Program Execution page, where Z_UIPATH_CUST_HEATMAP_DOWNLOAD is typed in Program.
  2. Run the program Z_UIPATH_CUST_HEATMAP_DOWNLOAD.
  3. Select the proper tab to generate and download a CSV file from one day, one week, or one month.


  4. Go to the bottom right of SAP, and then click Execute.
  5. The CSV file is downloaded on your machine in the following directory: C:\Temp\.
    Tip: In the Parameters tab you can configure your own weighting for the Heatmap ratios, and change the path where the CSV file is downloaded.


Upload CSV file into Test Manager

To create an integration between your Test Manager project and your SAP system by uploading CSV files with SAP data:

  1. Open your project in Test Manager, go to Project Settings, then to the Integration tab.
  2. Select SAP from the New Connection dropdown.
    The Edit connection dialog pops up.
  3. Fill in the fields according to the data from your SAP system:
    1. Name - name the integration between Test Manager and SAP.
    2. Description - describe the integration between Test Manager and SAP.
  4. Select UploadFromCSV from Data Source.
  5. Find the CSV file downloaded from SAPhere . Add it to Add CSV here.
