Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where a non-isolated workflow invoked with a timeout could exceed that timeout and complete without raising the timeout error, which could cause frameworks such as REFramework to mark a queue transaction as Successful instead of Failed. Invocations configured with ContinueOnError still suppress the error, as designed.
