Integration Service release notes
Last updated May 13, 2026
Release date: May 13, 2026
Bug fixes
We fixed an issue that prevented Integration Service from starting when Automation Suite was configured to use SQL Authentication with an Azure Active Directory Service Principal for the database connection. Integration Service now supports Service Principal authentication for SQL.
To use Service Principal authentication with Integration Service, you must also add an advanced_configuration section with your Azure tenant ID to the Automation Suite configuration file. For details, see the installation guide for your deployment type.
For the required advanced_configuration in the configuration file, see:
- Automation Suite on Linux: Configuring Service Principal authentication for SQL.
- Automation Suite on EKS/AKS: Configuring input.json — Integration Service-specific configuration.
- Automation Suite on OpenShift: Configuring input.json — Integration Service-specific configuration.
