Improvements

.NET upgrade to version 10.0.x

The .NET runtime has been upgraded to version 10.0.x. Before upgrading Insights, make sure the ASP.NET Core Hosting Bundle 10.0.7 is installed on your server. For more information, check Software Requirements.

Bug fixes

• Jobs that fail to start execution are now included in Insights data. Previously, these faulted jobs (which failed in 0 seconds) were not ingested, resulting in discrepancies between Orchestrator and Insights data. With this change, Insights now reflects all job outcomes more accurately.

• We fixed an issue where filtering queue items by the latest failed transactions with a Review Status of None returned incorrect results.

• We fixed an issue where downloading a dashboard failed with a Chromium was in an invalid state error on hosts that do not allow unprivileged user namespaces. The Looker container image now starts Chromium with a no-sandbox fallback and was republished under the same 2025.10.3 tag, so existing installations need the updated image rather than a new MSI (check Initialize Looker).

Security updates

We have made security fixes that include, but are not limited to, the following components: Log4j and OpenJDK.

Note:

Upgrades from Insights 22.x to this version are not supported. To upgrade from Insights 22.x, you must first upgrade to Insights 23.10.x.
