Flex : Test Manager de licence

Flex Plan licensing requirements for standalone Test Manager, covering Platform and Tester - Named User licenses and how user access is granted through Orchestrator and Test Manager.

Pour que Test Manager fonctionne, vous avez besoin des types de licence suivants :

• Platform: fournit Test Manager en tant que service au sein de votre organisation.
• Tester - Named User: permet à un utilisateur d’utiliser Test Manager. Chaque utilisateur individuel a besoin d'une licence distincte. Par exemple, si votre équipe compte 10 utilisateurs, chacun d'eux aura besoin de sa propre licence, ce qui signifie que vous aurez besoin d'un total de 10 licences.

Attribuer une instance Orchestrator à Test Manager

Pour commencer à utiliser votre Test Manager, vous devez installer et activer le module d’ automatisation de test dans le cadre du processus d’installation Orchestrator.

As part of the Test Manager installation process, you must provide an Orchestrator instance, through the Orchestrator URL that you want to connect Test Manager to. For more information about installing Test Manager, see Installation.

Prérequis

Log in to your Orchestrator organization as an administrator.

Assign users to Test Manager

Remarque :

On MSI Orchestrators, Tester - Named User licenses are not displayed or individually allocated in Orchestrator. Access is granted by assigning users to groups in Orchestrator, then approving their Test Manager access request.

To assign a user to Test Manager:

1. In Orchestrator, go to Identity > Management > Users.
2. Add the user.
3. Assign the appropriate groups to the user.
4. Ask the user to log in to Test Manager.

If the user does not yet have access to Test Manager, they see a Request Access option at login. The request goes to the Test Manager Administrator for approval — by default, the organization administrator.

Résultat

Test Manager est activé pour le locataire et les utilisateurs disposent des licences requises pour y accéder.
