Downdload a dashboard as a pdf.

- Select the More Actions button on the shared dashboard/ OOTB dashboard that you want to download. Then select Download PDF.
- Then, choose the paper size and the orientation. Then select Download.
- A viewer can also download a dashboard by selecting the dashboard itself. Then, select the More Actions button to view the download options.
- Then you can select the Download as a PDF button. Lastly, select the Download button again highlighted in red.

- Navigate to the Tenant tab or UiPath Templates tab, depending on where the dashboard you want to download exists.
- Then, select the Download button.

- Then, navigate to the three-dot dashboard actions menu in the upper right and select Download.

- Navigate to the Tenant tab to see dashboards shared with everyone. Simply select any of the dashboard tiles to view the dashboard.

- Insights supports sharing dashboards with some groups. All Viewers (Consumers), Designers (Editors), Everyone, and Admins. Locate the dashboard that has been shared to the group. As a viewer, you will only be able to view the dashboard if it was shared to the Consumers group.

- Insights only supports sharing with Everyone, via the Tenant tab. Navigate to the Tenant tab to view dashboards shared with Everyone.

- Locate and select the default dashboard called Business ROI,Processes,Licensing,Queues, or Robots.

Interagir avec les filtres par défaut sur les tableaux de bord |

- Ensuite, un utilisateur peut utiliser des filtres par défaut sur un tableau de bord en activant/désactivant les filtres dans la partie droite du volet ou en sélectionnant certains éléments dans une liste de filtres.

- Next, you can interact with the default filters on the dashboard by selecting them. For example, the date and folder filters are default on the Processes dashboard in the UiPath Templates tab.
- Ensuite, sélectionnez le bouton de rechargement bleu dans le coin supérieur droit du tableau de bord pour appliquer les filtres au tableau de bord.

- A user can filter a dashboard by selecting the widgets themselves, which will apply that selection as a filter to the whole dashboard. Select the desired process in the Money Saved per Process widget to filter the entire dashboard by that process name, captured below. You can disable the filter by toggling the added filter off in the filters pane.

- Accédez au tableau de bord avec lequel vous souhaitez interagir.
- Then, select the specific areas of the tile that you would like to filter the entire dashboard on. Select a process in the Top 10 processes by #Run and Status to view the entire dashboard get filtered by that process.

- To navigate to another dashboard from an opened dashboard, select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and then choose Dashboards.
