Correction to Automation Hub KPI values displayed in Insights

We resolved an issue in the data sync between Automation Hub and Insights that caused certain Automation Hub calculated values to be read more than once during sync. As a result, affected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) could appear in Insights at up to twice their actual value. This most commonly affected metrics such as time savings and cost savings on the Automation ROI Comparison dashboard template.

The fix is now deployed across all regions. With the duplicate reads eliminated, affected KPIs in Insights now reflect their correct values. If you use Automation Hub dashboards in Insights, you may notice some KPI values shift downward. This shift is expected and confirms the figures are now accurate.

This change affects only the values displayed in Insights. Data in Automation Hub was not affected by this issue, and Automation Hub values have not changed and will not change as a result of this fix.
