Updated .NET runtime for Identity and Resource Catalog Service

Correction (September 11, 2026): This feature was released on September 9, 2026, but was not included in the release notes at the time.

Identity Server and Resource Catalog Service now run on .NET 10.

Corrección de errores

• We fixed an issue where filtering logs by Host Identity in the Logs page returned an Invalid OData query options error and displayed no results.
• We fixed an issue where opening a job's logs through View logs of this job kept the previous pagination state, so the same logs appeared on every page, and did not clear an active keyword search, causing the deep-linked view to omit logs for the selected job.
• We fixed an issue where long property keys in the queue Transaction Details JSON view forced values to wrap one character per line, making them difficult to read.
