Supervisión en tiempo real

Real-time Monitoring is now generally available. This feature brings you three out-of-the-box templates: Real-time Processes, Real-time Queues, Real-time Machines in the Real-time Monitoring section. Since the Public Preview was announced, some changes are worth mentioning:

• Alert Severity was added in alert configuration.
• Alert Snooze is now available in alert configuration and alert management. You can set how long an alert should be snoozed after the first triggering or snooze the alert indefinitely.
• In the Real-time Processes, Real-time Queues, Real-time Machines data can now be shown for up to 30 days.
• You can export data in CSV format for every widget.

Nota:

Real-time monitoring is available only to customers with Advanced tier.

Insights para todos

Insight para todos es una versión de solo lectura de Insights. Tienes acceso de solo lectura a todas las características que ofrece Insights (excepto la pestaña Supervisión en tiempo real) para descubrir cómo Insight puede ayudarte en tu trabajo. Puedes ver los datos o la información, pero no puedes realizar modificaciones, añadir nueva información o eliminar datos existentes. Algunos comportamientos específicos de los usuarios a tener en cuenta para "Insight for All" son:

• Admins have the Configure ROI and Configure Custom Variables buttons greyed out.
• When admins add or remove user groups, the system will only display the assignment of either Viewer or Admin roles. Designer, ROI Editor, ROI Viewer are greyed out.
• Admins don't have access to ROI dashboards or Real-time monitoring.
• Cuando actualizas de solo lectura a Insights completo, el sistema copia los permisos de usuario/grupo de la versión de solo lectura a la versión completa de Insights.
• Al cambiar de versión completa de Insights a solo lectura, los permisos de usuario/grupos para el espectador y el administrador se transfieren a la versión gratuita de Insights, mientras que todos los demás permisos se deshabilitan.

Nota:

Customers, regardless if they have an Insights license or not, should now see the Insights product enabled on their tenants and displayed on the left side menu.
