Introducción

UiPath® Automation Ops™ es una plataforma centralizada basada en la web que permite a los administradores configurar e implementar políticas de control para UiPath® Studio, UiPath® Robot y UiPath® Assistant. Esta versión local se entrega utilizando el modelo de implementación de Automation Suite .

Las políticas de control ofrecen control sobre varias funcionalidades y garantizan que se cumplen los estándares y que se siguen las reglas. Las características principales incluyen:

• Para StudioX, Studio y Studio Pro:
  • Control which package sources are available in the Studio package manager.
  • Enforce organizational development standards using Workflow Analyzer rules. For example, you can determine which applications and URLs users are allowed to automate.
  • Enforce Studio design and location settings. For example, you can require that projects pass workflow analysis before being run or published.
  • Enable the collection of Studio usage data in your organization's Application Insights instance in Azure.
  • Control what repositories are allowed when working with GIT source control.
  • Prevent production runs from StudioX by limiting the number of consecutive executions that can be initiated from StudioX for projects with no changes.
  • Control what activities are available in StudioX.
• Para Robot:
  • Control the behavior of the Robot at runtime by enforcing Runtime Analyzer rules to prevent sending emails to certain addresses or using certain applications and web pages in automations.
• Para Assistant:
  • Manage access to widgets in UiPath® Assistant.

Automation Ops™ es flexible y fácil de usar, lo que te permite controlar rápidamente grandes implementaciones:

1. Select the policy templates to use depending on the product versions installed in your organization.

2. Create policies for the products you want to govern.

   If your organization is already using the file-based governance model for Studio, you can migrate your policies by generating files from Studio and uploading them in Automation Ops™.

3. Deploy policies at tenant, group, or user level, and any combination thereof.

Si anteriormente utilizabas el control basado en archivos, cuando visites la página Implementación por primera vez, Automation Ops™ sobrescribe cualquier control basado en archivos existente en tu entorno.

Como se espera que ya no se aplique ningún control basado en archivos, asegúrate de importar tus políticas ya existentes a Automation Ops™ e implementarlas desde aquí.

Automation Ops™ es compatible con Studio 2020.10.3 y posterior, Robot 2021.10 y posterior, y Assistant 2021.4 y posterior. Los usuarios deben estar conectados a Orchestrator mediante el inicio de sesión interactivo.
