Data Service aktivieren

To be able to create and use Data Service you first need to enable it for your tenant. Before enabling the service please check the Prerequisites.

Hinweis:

Data Service is a tenant level service signifying that each tenant data is segregated.

Der Fall einer Automation Suite-Neuinstallation

Data Service is provided as part of the Automation Suite basic profile, hence it is enabled automatically, regardless if you select the basic or the complete profile. To disable Data Service, follow the Advanced installation experience in the Automation Suite guide for the desired version.

Der Fall eines Automation Suite-Versionsupgrades

To enable Data Service after upgrading the Automation Suite version, follow the Managing products - Enabling or disabling Data Service guide for the desired version.

Aktivieren von Data Service für Ihren Mandanten

Nachdem Sie den Dienst als Teil Ihrer Automation Suite-Installation einsatzbereit haben, müssen Sie ihn auch Ihren Mandanten bereitstellen:

Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um Data Service für Ihren Mandanten zu aktivieren.

1. Melden Sie sich mit Ihren Automation Suite-Administratoranmeldeinformationen an und greifen Sie auf die Seite „Administrator“ zu.
2. Wählen Sie Ihren Mandanten aus der Liste der verfügbaren Mandanten in der Seitenleiste aus.
3. Select Services. The list of currently available services is displayed.
4. Select Data Service, then select Add. The Allocate licenses panel opens.
5. Select the number of Data Service Units (DSU) to add to your tenant, then select Add. You can also select Skip, which allocates the default selection of all available free licenses. Your tenant now updates, then returns you to the Services page.

Der Data Service ist in Ihrem Mandanten aktiviert und kann verwendet werden.

Nutzungsbeschränkungen für Data Service

Berücksichtigen Sie bei der Verwendung von Data Service die folgenden Einschränkungen:

Entität	Insgesamt maximal 500 Entitäten und Auswahlsätze pro Mandant.
Feld	Maximal 200 Felder pro Entität.
Datei	Maximal 10 MB pro Anhang.
Auswahlsatz	Maximal 250 Optionen pro Auswahlsatz.

Hinweis:

Data Service erzwingt ein Ratenlimit von 5.000 API-Aufrufen pro Minute, unabhängig davon, wie viele Data Service-Einheiten dem Mandanten zugewiesen sind.
