创建实体

在Data Fabric中创建的所有对象都称为“实体” 。

1. 导航到Data Fabric 。 “实体”页面随即打开。
2. Select Create New Entity. The entity creation panel opens.
3. 输入实体的 显示名称 。 “显示名称” 是在 Studio 中导入实体时显示的名称。 可以在创建实体后修改此字段。
4. Enter a Name for your entity. The Name can be alpha-numeric, but it must start with a letter. It must have between three and 30 characters. The Name field is automatically populated with the same value provided for the Display Name. You can only change its value during the entity creation process. Once the entity is created, the Name field cannot be edited.
5. （可选）为实体添加 说明 。
6. 要限制对记录的访问，请使用“启用基于角色的记录访问”开关。
7. In the Location section:
   1. Select Tenant to make data available across the entire tenant to all users with tenant-level access.
   2. Select Folder to make data visible only to users with access to the selected Orchestrator folder. If you select Folder, you then have to select a target Orchestrator folder from the Select Folder dropdown. The entity you create is scoped for the folder you select.
   Note: You cannot change the entity location once chosen.
8. 选择“创建”。
9. 要手动添加字段，请在实体创建向导中选择“添加对象” 。
10. 在“添加对象”面板中，选择来源类型。
    1. 要从外部系统（例如 Salesfore 或 SAP）添加字段，请选择“外部来源” 。从“外部系统”下拉列表中选择外部系统后， “连接”字段中会默认填充一个连接，或者，您需要通过以下方式手动添加连接选择“添加新连接” 。如果您需要选择“添加新连接” ，系统将打开一个新的浏览器标签页，提示您提供身份验证信息，以将 UiPath 连接到所选的外部系统。填充“连接”字段后，从“对象”下拉列表中选择对象。
    2. 要添加使用 UiPath 本地存储的字段，请选择“本地字段” 。

       当前仅支持对“文本”和“多行文本”字段使用客户管理的密钥 (CMK) 进行数据加密。

11. 选择“管理联接”以连接来自多个不同来源类型的字段之间的联接。在“管理联接”部分中，您必须通过从下拉列表中选择“主要对象” 、 “主要字段” 、 “引用对象”和“引用字段”来映射两个不同来源的字段。
    
    

    

    
    
12. 选择“保存”。

新实体将显示在“实体”列表中。

为连接到多个系统的实体建模

使用多源实体建模，您可以引用来自多个外部系统（例如 Salesforce、ServiceNow）的字段及其自己定义的字段。

在连接多个系统时，我们建议使用星型模式方法。所有相互连接的系统（包括自定义字段和外部对象）应直接映射到核心实体，而不是相互链接。

注意：核心实体可以是充当中心模型的任何主要实体（自定义或外部支持），所有系统都连接到该模型。
